Client: Pochi Mochi
The Brief. Pochi Mochi needed a playful brand world for collectible bedtime toys: soft enough for children, structured enough to stretch across packaging, characters, motion, and digital touchpoints.
Our Approach. PHORM x MORPH built the identity around warmth, comfort, and imagination. The visual system pairs rounded character design, a joyful colour palette, expressive typography, and modular brand assets that can adapt from product packaging to animated moments.
The Outcome. The result is a friendly, collectible toy identity with a clear emotional role: helping bedtime feel less dark, more magical, and easier for children to enter with confidence.
